Almighty and Ever Living God, we lift the Diocese of Athabasca to You.  As the communities of northern Alberta embrace the warmth of this season, we pray that the Holy Spirit breathes a fresh sense of renewal and mission across all 17 parishes.  Empower every member to boldly experience and share Christ’s love in all circumstances.  Strengthen all bishops, priests, deacons, and lay readers who minister in the parishes.  Give them joy in their service and deep connections with their congregations.  In Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for your presence and hand over the Diocesan Family Camp.  Guide the volunteers, organizers, and families participating in the Diocesan Family Camp. May these times spark spiritual growth, rich fellowship, and transformation.

All are welcome - please let the synod office know if you plan to attend and are not a delegate.  There is a form to fill out if you wish to share meals with the delegates.

If your parish is interested in the Community Bridge Building and Crisis Response grant offered by the Anglican Foundation please submit the application to the Synod Office for approval by the Diocesan Executive Council by August 15, 2026.

Anglican Renewal Ministries is dedicated to bringing the life and power of the Holy Spirit to all Christians.  We give thanks to God that ARM has been serving the Anglican Church of Canada for over 40 years!  In addition to workshops on the person and gifts of the Holy Spirit, we also offer a quarterly magazine called “Taste and See…" with articles to uplift and encourage you in your walk with Christ.   We hope this magazine will be a source of encouragement to all.  Sample articles and a free copy of the magazine are available on our website.
